Experience:

Manager (Finance)

For candidates working in Govt./PSU: The candidate should have minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Finance & Acounts, out of which minimum 2 years working experience in the grade of Rs. 15,60-39,10 (CDA) (with grade pay of Rs. 60) or in the pay scale of Rs. 24,90-50,50 (IDA)

For candidates working in Private Sector: The candidate should have minimum 8 years post qualification experience in Finance & Acounts, out of which atleast 2 years working experience in the CTC of Rs. 8 lacs per anum in a company having its turnover of over Rs. 10 Crores.

Deputy Manager (Finance)

For candidates working in Govt./PSU: The candidate should have minimum 6 years post qualification experience in Finance & Accounts, out of which minimum 2 years working experience in the grade of Rs. 15,60-39,10 (CDA) (with grade pay of Rs. 60) or in the pay scale of Rs. 20,60-46,50 (IDA)

Executive Director

Officers of Central Govt./PSU working in the pay scale of Rs. 3740-6700 (CDA) with grade pay of Rs. 10,00/- or in E8 in the pay scale of Rs. 5130-7300 (IDA) having minimum post qualification experience of 25 years out of which at least 10 years experience in the field of Finance & Accounts in Managerial Cadre and at least two years in E8 in the scale of Rs. 5130-7300/- or equivalent CDA scale.
